Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase (membership, event registration, courses), you may request a refund within 60 days of the purchase date.
For the ARA Summer Roundtable (SRT), refund requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. Refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the event or after attendance or participation. However, registrations may be transferred to another attendee from the same organization with advance notice.
Please contact us via the website to request a refund, including your contact information and the full details of the original purchase. To cancel an event registration, please contact ARA as soon as possible.
Refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
